Around 56 women from Jadcherla cluster of Mahabubnagar visited the activities of RASS and watershed activities on 10th Dec, 2009. The women interacted with the staff of Capacity Building Institute and the community of the watershed area of Thummachenu Palli watershed supported by NABARD. The women observed the transparency, payment system, activities undertaken by the community, quality of works in the watershed area. Dr. G.Muniratnam interacted with the women and explained about various activities of RASS including Drug De Addiction Center, SWADHAR, Watersheds, Krishi Vigyan Kendra, SHGs and microfinance and other activities. Similar, exposure visits have been regularly conducted for members of watersheds of Mahaboob Nagar district in the last six months.
