The post graduate students of social work of Karnataka State Women University, Karnataka visited RASS and its activities. Around 38 women students of social work who are pursuing their third semester are participated in the visit. Dr. M. Mohan, Project Manager interacted with the students and explained about the strategy, activities, objectives and relevance of voluntary sector to development. He explained the convergence needed with the theory, experimentation, research and practice. The students visited the day care center for mentally challenged, KVK, SHGs and microfinance branch, Jan Shiksha Sansthan, Early intervention centre after interaction at Seva Nilayam on 2nd Dec, 2009.
