RASS visualizes itself as a development platform built through Peoples’ Initiative towards:

Mission
Given that development is a complex process requiring a strong focus on learning, sharing of knowledge, and being responsive to the needs of the poor, RASS places equal emphasis on organizational development, simultaneously engaging itself in the process of capacity building to accelerate societal emancipation. Towards achieving this mission, RASS has solicited appropriate partnerships with the community, like-minded organizations, Government institutions, and the private sector, also seeking the support of development partners both at national and international levels.
