Tribal Development

The tribal population is living in pathetic conditions without proper livelihoods leading to unemployment most of the time and migration. Taking these pathetic conditions, RASS has assessed their livelihood needs through participatory assessment exercises.

The major outcome was the promotion of horticulture and plantation activities as an alternative livelihood option for these communities. Based on the wadi approach, the project is working for the holistic development of the tribal communities in the operational area.
