Multipurpose Health Workers (Female) Training Institute
RASS’s School of Nursing has a shared commitment to excellence in learning and teaching in nursing with a focus on the real world of clinical practice, evidence-based, accessible, and student-centered. The Project aims to develop high-quality female Multi-Purpose Health Workers who have the attributes to be exemplary nurses in their chosen field of practice.
Intermediate passed-out girls who are unable to continue higher studies due to poor economic conditions are enrolled and trained as Multipurpose Health Workers in the 2-year duration course.
The Institute is imparting training since 1986 with the support of The Department of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of A.P. 40 students are trained for each batch with over 1,100 students having been imparted trained so far.
