To build self-confidence and to improve the living conditions of the elderly people, the organization has embarked on the promotion of Elderly self-help groups (ESHGs), providing training on SHG functioning, bookkeeping and extending financial assistance for undertaking small income generation activities, with the support of the HelpAge India.
A formal society has also been promoted in the name of “Sri Balaji Elders Welfare Society” in which all the members are from Elderly SHGs only.

Grocery Wholesale Management :
There is a need for the distribution of Groceries to the Elders for having good quality food and nutrition. As the elders are not in a position to mobilize good quality provisions at reasonable prices it is very much essential to provide all the elders on behalf of Sri Balaji Elders Welfare Society which intern promoted to safeguard the interest of elders.
Major Objectives of the program
