RASS KVK Agricultural Polytechnic

To equip the children of beneficiary farmers in the knowledge and basic education in agriculture and allied sectors, RASS initiated in setting up of an Agriculture Polytechnic in the year 2015 under the affiliation of Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University, Guntur. The Polytechnic offers a 2-year diploma course in Agriculture with an annual intake of 40 students. The students are admitted on a merit basis.

This institute is established with an objective to provide quality education and practical orientation to the rural youth in Agriculture and allied subjects for providing self-employment and to train the manpower to serve as base-level functionaries in various Government and Non-Government agencies involved in Agriculture and other rural development activities.
